Ralphies Pool Cleaning, LLC (“RPC”, “we”, “us”) provides residential pool and spa maintenance in the El Dorado Hills and Folsom area. This policy explains what personal information we collect from our customers, how we use it, and who we do and do not share it with.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to schedule, perform and bill for pool service:

Contact details — your name, service address, email address and phone number, including a mobile number if you choose to provide one.
Property and access information — details about your pool or spa and, where you provide them, gate codes or access instructions needed to reach the equipment.
Service records — dates of visits, water test readings, chemicals added, work performed, and photographs of your pool or equipment taken during service.
Billing information — the payment card you place on file, which is stored and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.

How we use it

To schedule and carry out your pool service.
To send you service notifications by text message, if you have provided a mobile number.
To email you a report after a service visit.
To bill you and collect payment.
To contact you about your service, including scheduling changes and equipment problems.

Text messages

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive text messages, with any third party for any purpose. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you provide a mobile number, you may receive text messages from us about your scheduled service. These are limited to two kinds of message: notice that a technician is on the way to your property, and confirmation that a service visit has been completed.

Message frequency. Customers on weekly service receive approximately 8 messages per month — two per service visit.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard charges apply to messages you receive from us.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
Consent is not required to buy anything. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.
We send service notifications only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to run the service you have asked for:

Our payment provider, to process the card you have on file.
Our messaging and email providers, solely to deliver the notifications described above. They may not use your information for their own purposes.
Where the law requires it, such as a valid legal request.

Our technicians can see the contact and access details of the customers they serve, because they need them to do the work.

How we protect it

Customer records are held in access-controlled systems. Technicians sign in individually and see only what their work requires. Payment card details are held by our payment provider, not by us.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and service records for as long as you are a customer, and afterwards only as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices

Ask us what information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
Ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.
Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children

Our services are for property owners and residents. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
